The River Palace Hotel’s conference halls are fully equipped for business meetings, seminars, banquets, and conferences of various sizes. Spaces are flexible and supported by modern audiovisual equipment, with the option of customized catering services. The hotel is recognized as a reference point for corporate events in the city.

The following equipment is included in the rental price:
- Projector – 1 unit
- Screen – 1 unit (standard cloth, not LED)
- Table microphones on the presidium table – 3 units
- Wireless/radio microphones – 2 units
- Flipchart – 1 unitPodium – 1 unitWi-Fi
- Available laptop connection cables: HDMI, VGA
Please note: laptops, notepads, and pens are not provided.
An audio system (speakers) and two additional TVs are also available, which can display the same image as the main screen.
Hall capacity:
• Theater style – up to 100–150 people
• Total area – 200 sq.m.
To confirm a booking of the conference hall:
• A signed contract and a 50% prepayment of the total event amount (including catering, if applicable),
or
• A 100% prepayment for the hall rental (including catering, if applicable) are required.
NOT ALLOWED:
• Bringing your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages
• Bringing your own food
When ordering a coffee break, each participant will receive one bottle of water (0.5L), which is included in the price of the coffee break or lunch.
Available seating arrangements:
- Theater style – up to 100–150 people
- U-shape style – up to 20–25 people
- Classroom style – up to 26 people
